The production cycle at Toffac Ingranaggi is composed of latest generation production lines which are comprised of CNC turning centres, broaches, CNC and conventional gear hobbing with automatic pick and place, CNC and conventional spiral bevel gears cutting, Gleason & Oerlikon, Conventional straight bevel gears-cutting, CNC and conventional gears-shaping, CNC gears-shaving, CNC and conventional gears-grinding, CNC and conventional grinding machines, CNC and conventional gears-lapping, Chamfering machines, a Kligelberg P40 gear measuring and inspection centre, or the Mahr profilometer.

And finally in this array of measuring instruments we have a 3D profile scanner with magnetoscope. This production set-up at Toffac Ingranaggi allows us with a high level of technology to produce a full range of products which makes the firm a significant reference at European level in the field of precision engineering.

Specifically we can produce spur and helical gears, spiral bevel gears (Ø 30-600mm, form 1-14), Hypoid spiral gears Gleason & Oerlikon system CNC break (Ø 50-500mm, form 3-12), straight bevel gears, annulus gears, differential gears (Ø 50-500 mm, form 3-12), shaped and broached gears (Ø 30-600 mm, form 3-7); straight, helical, shaved and ground teeth transmission shafts (Ø 30mm min., form 1-12, max 800 mm long); axles, sprockets, beveloid gears.
